Baker Håkan Johansson Frost, world champion in baking (after winning the Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie 2014 with his sourdough croissants) and author of several baking books, including one about pizza baking, has now opened his second café and bistro in Stockholm, here at Vasaparken.
At Frost Bageri, we take pride in serving handcrafted baked goods made using traditional baking methods. Everything is baked by hand using heritage grains grown at Lill-Moga gård outside Uppsala, and the flour is freshly milled every day — giving the bread and pastries a richer flavor and greater nutritional value.
