Sven-Harrys Konstmuseum wants to stand up for the equal value of all human beings. As part of EuroGames Stockholm’s arts programme, the Museum is presenting a small, exclusive exhibition. EuroGames Stockholm on 5-9 August is an international sports event organised by the European Gay and Lesbian Sport Federation. In addition to the sports and arts section, the event has a political agenda. Anyone is eligible to take part in EuroGames, and its purpose is to promote and support the universal right to practise sports regardless of sexuality, gender, age and religion. Previous host cities include Barcelona, Paris, London and Antwerp – and this it will be hosted by Stockholm.

The artists Lars Lerin, Kakan Hermansson and Nino Ramsby, who all engage actively in sharing personal reflections on HBTQ issues, are creating new works especially for this exhibition, in the form of watercolours, ceramics and poetry.
